DOCTORS COMMEMORATE THEIR COLLEAGUES WITH "ANATOLIAN FAIRY TALES"

Within the framework of the "Anatolian Fairy Tales Project" carried out by the Ministry of National Education, doctors working in different parts of the country commemorated their colleagues who died due to the new type of coronavirus pandemic on March 14 Medicine Day."

Directorate General for Teacher Training and Improvement affiliated to the Ministry of National Education and UNESCO Turkey National Commission organized an activity on the occasion of March 14 Medicine Day as a part of "Anatolian Fairy Tales Project."
 
Doctors all over the country came together in a clip video and recited a fairy tale named "Gift" about three young men wandering around the world in order to find a cure that will save the life of the Emperor's daughter. The video is dedicated to the doctors who lost their lives during the pandemic.
 
Meanwhile, 9 doctors working in different cities of Turkey recited fairy tales in order to commemorate their colleagues.

"Approximately 200 thousand teachers attended the fairy tales telling training programs"
The Anatolian Fairy Tales Project Coordinator Esin Kavga stated that approximately 200 thousand teachers attended the fairy tales telling training programs during Covid-19 pandemic.
 
Teachers recited hundreds of fairy tales to their students through EBA, video conference and social media accounts during the pandemic, Kavga said and added: "Our teachers who were visiting schools and villages in order to recite fairy tales to students before the pandemic, had the opportunity to reach students living in Turkey and abroad after the beginning of pandemic."
